When will our items be shipped out?
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours that it has been received. We only ship items out on business days (Monday-Friday). We do not ship out weekends or statutory holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping estimates that are displayed are estimated in transit days only and do not reflect processing times. For time sensitive packages please use one of our great express options.
Is there in store pick up?
When prompted to choose shipping option please select the “pick up in store” button and we will send out an email once your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring your receipt and identification to validate your order when picking up. In store pick ups must be collected within 3 business days of the order being ready.
Where can we pick up our order?
Brownude Permanent Cosmetics is our brand Ambassador, local pick ups are available Monday to Friday from 10am -4pm through their location:
10622 170th Street NW
Earlier and later pickups may be available but please contact the studio at 780.616.6616 to arrange.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated automatically from our shipping carriers based on weight of your package. Shipping times are only estimates and do not include processing time.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 8 hours.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
BrowBox is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Returned Parcels:
BrowBox is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
Returned Packages: (Rejected or undeliverable)
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address is correct when placing the order and also that the address is deliverable.
